Returns Policy

We aim to provide you with the best shopping experience, but if you wish to return an item, please follow the guidelines below:

  • Return Period: Please ensure that goods are returned to us within 14 days from the date of delivery.
  • Return Method: We recommend returning items via registered and insured post. You will be responsible for covering the cost of returning the goods.
  • Refunds: Refunds will be processed as quickly as possible and no later than 14 days after we receive the returned order. Please note, shipping costs cannot be refunded.

Conditions for Returns:

  • Products must be returned in their original packaging, with all brand tags fully attached.
  • Items must show no signs of wear.
  • Shoe boxes must remain undamaged, as they are considered part of the product.
  • The security tag must remain fully intact and unremoved for an exchange or refund to be granted.
  • Please include your order slip inside the return package. Failure to do so may delay processing.

Defective Goods:
If you believe an item is defective, we will carefully examine the product upon return. You will be notified via email regarding the status of your refund within a reasonable time frame. Refunds for defective goods will be processed as soon as possible, and no later than 30 days after confirmation of entitlement.

Reasonable Care:
You have a legal obligation to take reasonable care of the product(s) while they are in your possession. If returned goods show signs of misuse or damage due to lack of care, we reserve the right to:

  • Refuse the refund, and
  • Return the goods to you at your own cost.
